You might remember from a couple of months ago that Brent does not exactly share my desire to stop at random places that attract my attention en route to our destination... So far my favorite part of letterboxing may be the purposeful intention of finding these little places off the beaten path.
I had driven by this little church on the way to a choir retreat a couple of years ago and was thrilled to learn that someone had planted a letterbox here. We decided to stop by on the way home from our camping trip.

I like this shot... makes me consider how often my own focus is a little "off".
Can't tell you where it was but we had fun "hunting" for this treasure!
